As an analyst in this area, you are good at coordinating the activities of the organization's international traffic division and negotiating agreements between national and foreign carriers by performing the following functions personally or through subordinate employees.

Are You Looking to- Monitoring the legal stay of raw materials in Mexico

Conciliation of raw materials between VASTERA VS ORACLE system
Control and conciliations of fixed assets imported/exported.
Inventory of fixed assets imported, VAT/STPS and OEA certifications.
Definitive importation of MRO. (pre invoice elaboration)
Involve up and give support to the daily operation.
Preparation of catalog of definitive materials (A1) with their descriptions tariff MX and US HTS. Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plans and directs flow of surface traffic moving to overseas destinations.
Supervises workers engaged in receiving and shipping freight, documentation, way billing, assessing charges, and collecting fees for shipments.
Negotiates with foreign customers, to resolve problems and arrive at mutual agreements.
Examines invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.

What You'll Need- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point), Knowledge of quality systems, Knowledge of IFS system.

Mexican Import-Export Law, SAT, Official Mexican Standards.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English.
