    Your Responsibilities

    • Understand customer requirements based on global regulations and specifications.
    • Configure the technical solution that meets the customer needs and at the same time grant the best competitive benefit to the company.
    • Creation of electrical diagrams and material lists for customer approval.
    • Assure all documents generated during his developments comply with Internal procedures.
    • Ensure technical portfolio availability within current tools.
    • Work closely with laboratory, product engineering and technical support on the definition of the technical requirements.
    • Support department with technical needs.
    • Collaborate with global team on technical matters.

    Customer engineering designer processes the order once the order has been confirmed, analyze and understand customer requirements based on regulation and specifications. Configure technical solutions in camos and SAP, create documentation for customer approval and follows the process from pre- handover to final list (S3).

    Customer Engineering Function is responsible of our product portfolio configuration to meet customer needs and expectations, Innovation and technical support are our main contribution to our business unit success, or main Responsibilities are: Maintain competitive costs of our products, maintain reliable and competitive configuration of products maximize project pipeline Value and provide reliable information on MCP figures.

    In the Customer Engineering department, we are responsible for:

    • Clearly understand customer specifications and regulatory requirements per country.
    • Ensure that the Design information is clear, correct, adequate and complies with the customer original technical requirements.
    • Ensure that drawings and lists of materials loaded to Agile, EPLAN and camos comply with the rules of the company.
    • Apply advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices in the design, development, analysis and release of products and subsystems through the product life cycle.
    • Design Electrical control for Circuit Breakers and increase portfolio with EPLAN
    • Prepare electrical, dimensional and accessories drawings for approval with customer.
    • Make configuration in camos/ SAP per each sales order and every position, to generate BoM and start with demand of materials.
    • Generate KMAT per each type and model of CB in SAP
    • Provide support to offer team to optimize breaker selection for quotations.
    • Look for the agility in our process, with digitalization opportunities.
