    Looking to hire a full-time sales coordinator with 1-3 years of experience of order management, logistics coordination, and customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.
    • Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.
    • Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
    • Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.
    • Complete vendor forms and handle customer inquiries promptly.

    Requirements:

    • 13 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the CPG or food industry. Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Passion for growth.
