    OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Develop innovative MVPs and solutions to evolve the Takeda Device of Choice program using Amazon Workspaces, Windows 365, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot or any other relevant technology that may add value to the customer experience.
  • Provide Level 3 engineering support to ensure customer issues are resolved relating to Amazon Workspace or Windows 365 Group Policy Objects, Browser Compatibility, Cloud Desktop Deployment, Software Deployment, Security Hardening, OS Patching, or any other issue reported by our customers.
  • ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop innovative MVPs and solutions to evolve the Takeda Cloud Desktop experience using Amazon Workspaces, Windows 365, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot or any other relevant technology that may add value to the customer experience.
  • Provide Level 3 engineering support to ensure customer issues are resolved relating to Amazon Workspace or Windows 365 Group Policy Objects, Browser Compatibility, Cloud Desktop Deployment, Software Deployment, Security Hardening, OS Patching, or any other issue reported by our customers.
  • Ensure new OS versions, feature updates, security patches, and core app updates are tested/evaluated to gaurantee the quality of the deployment.
  • Build basic data and telemetry solutions to understand platform utilization and resource consumption.
  • Use data driven decision making to build a customer experience that is self-service, seamlessly deployed, and consumes a minimum amount of cloud platform resources.
  • Continually build knowledge and skills related to the state of the art in device engineering and technologies that are on partner roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for all solutions related to Amazon Workspaces and Windows 365.
  • Work as a collaborative member of an Agile Scrum team to deliver incremental value to product lines.
  • Support the Scrum Master and Product Owner to deliver user stories in the sprint backlog.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to create solutions and demonstrate solutions to team members and business stakeholders.
  • EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience with Amazon Workspaces, Microsoft OS configuration and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Experience with Windows 365, Microsoft Azure, engineering, and security hardening, Microsoft Intune, Software Packaging, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferable experienced in quality improvement.
  • Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles.
