The company has provided excellent HOA management services with effective communication, organized financial management, and responsive support to have quality and efficient solutions for their special customers since 2002.

We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant to support the following activities:

Prepare bank reconciliations and expense accruals for a portfolio of clients.
Review general ledger account and AR/AP activities to ensure financial statement accuracy and adherence to accounting policies.
Produce monthly financial statements and internal/external reports as needed/requested.
Onboarding new clients in the accounting system.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties required to drive consistent implementation of best practices.
Maintain current industry knowledge by reading professional publications and exploring onthejob education opportunities.
Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and yearend.

Work schedule

Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00 CST

Requirements:

MUST: Advanced English technical/accounting vocabulary (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
Around 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience working with heavy financial production.
Strong understanding of fund accounting.
Experience working with cash and accrual accounting.
Experience working with US entities is a plus.
