Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist. As a key member of our team, you will support multiple U.S.-based entities throughout the entire employee lifecycle – including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and offboarding.

This role requires direct experience supporting employee relations for U.S.-based companies with regular interaction and communication with American employees and managers. You will help ensure compliance with U.S. employment practices and contribute to a positive work environment across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & HR Support: Provide guidance on HR-related matters for U.S.-based employees and managers while serving as their point of contact. Handle sensitive issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in HR documentation systems like ADP or BambooHR. Process position updates in these platforms along with entering new hire information accurately in due time.. Ensure timely benefit enrollments by processing invoices through respective channels for bill approval."
