Job Description:

Setting up of Competency development center

Owning the training Plan and assuring trainings as per plan

Collaboration with technical leads across Bosch locations for training content preparation

Responsible for deploying the right skills to the team and making the team knowledgeable

Support Technical experts & Team Leads on Competency development plan

Collaboration with local universities on new development topics, Electives and labs

Connect with Industries to represent Bosch in multiple forums at Mexico

Good communication & coordination skills

Enhancing the Training plan based on the needs

Connections to external training world / Vendors

Monthly Status report to the management on the trainings & gaps.


Qualifications:


Skills, Knowledge and Experience Levels:


  • Bachelor degree in
    Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or similar
:


  • Minimum of 8+ years working experience
  • Ability to work effectively and multitasking
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Passion for automotive engineering.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Leadership skills
  • Independent and responsible working style with a strong focus on details.
  • Collaborating with international and cross divisional teams and implement best practices

Nice to have:


  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience in designing curriculum & organising trainings for an organization
