Experiência y requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or related roles, preferably in financial services.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with CRM software and other analytical tools is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving and a strong desire to drive business growth and success.
