As a member of our supply chain team, you'll make sure those raw materials make their way into our factories, where they're transformed into the products that help build a better world.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing processes to ensure Caterpillar accuracy levels are maintained and improved

Functions include:

reconciling stock record and system discrepancies by analyzing various types of transactions and systems, working closely with other functional areas and meet department goals.

Requirements:

University degree finished or in progress
Proficiency in the English language (both verbally and in writing) is required.
Analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently on multiple work threads and must be highly organized.
Attention to detail and the ability to learn new tasks quickly are a must.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in Record Accuracy Management (RAM).
Understanding of inventory adjustment procedures and supply chain management is a key skill set.
Leadership, project management and writing skills, with experience in process development and documentation.
Initiative, ability to learn quickly and teamwork skills while working in a diverse and cooperative team environment.
Practical knowledge of SRA, SPM, SAP systems.
