As a member of our supply chain team, you'll make sure those raw materials make their way into our factories, where they're transformed into the products that help build a better world.


Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing processes to ensure Caterpillar accuracy levels are maintained and improved


Functions include:

reconciling stock record and system discrepancies by analyzing various types of transactions and systems, working closely with other functional areas and meet department goals.


Job Duties:

Requirements:


  • University degree finished or in progress
  • Proficiency in the English language (both verbally and in writing) is required.
  • Analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple work threads and must be highly organized.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn new tasks quickly are a must.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Record Accuracy Management (RAM).
  • Understanding of inventory adjustment procedures and supply chain management is a key skill set.
  • Leadership, project management and writing skills, with experience in process development and documentation.
  • Initiative, ability to learn quickly and teamwork skills while working in a diverse and cooperative team environment.
  • Practical knowledge of SRA, SPM, SAP systems.
