  • Your key responsibilities:
  • Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects. -Provide timely, proactive support on the general ledger.
  • Maintain accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
  • Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided (i

reports on profit and loss activity).

  • Provide all data needed for internal (Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) and external reporting (including statutory accounts, national statistics and tax information) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Actively supports Sandoz working style by being inclusive, proactive, respectful, and results driven in alignment with Sandoz values and behaviors.
  • Acts service oriented to enable service lines to deliver a highperforming organization and contributes to derive to improvements/standard solutions while cultivating customer service focus culture.
  • Collaborates with local entity, GSC, and 3rd parties to provide a seamless service. Supports continuous improvements and process changes towards efficient and effective processes Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related policies and processes.
  • Manage Training on process and related systems for endusers, and outsourced operations Update and maintain Tax master data as required

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • English fluent
  • Experience Minimum of 5+ year(s') accounting experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting, healthcare industry or large corporation with shared service concept
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Preferably experience working with a Shared Service Center
  • Project management skills with focus on driving performance and productivity
  • Analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges in a holistic way
