We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Quality Engineer, based in
Apodaca, Nuevo León.

(E-Systems Division).

As a Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work with customer service, resolution of quality problems, coordination, and implementation of defect containment inside and outside the Plant, and management of a multidisciplinary team during the problem resolution methodology.

Your Task will be

Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints.
Primary point of contact with clients for specific requirements.
Trainings.
Intern audits
Monitoring of the status of the "concerns" reported by the clients until ensuring their closure.
Use client's database to perform the analysis of customer complaints.
Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree/engineering level, or equivalent work experience.
2 years of experience in SMT.
At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive electrical industry (required).
Knowledge in IATF 1694
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
