    Job Summary

    In this pivotal role, you will oversee Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing operations to ensure seamless material flow between Sites, external warehouses, and suppliers. Effective coordination of logistics is crucial for the success of our business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify waste throughout the plant, focusing on items contributing to inventory shrinkage.
    • Implement Lean methods to supply materials to the production floor, establishing metrics and benchmarking with other warehouses.
    • Lead personnel in Materials planning & purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics, encompassing inventory, quality, pricing, and delivery.
    • Collaborate with Production & Customer Service Managers to develop production plans and forecasts, adapting sales forecasts based on release information and monitoring inventory adjustments and cycle counting.
    • Manage Plant MRP requirements to meet customer expectations while optimizing costs.
    • Develop and update Materials procedures affecting assigned work centers.
    • Ensure adherence to company standard practices and procedures within the Materials department.
    • Participate in the Health, Safety, and Environmental program.
    • Maintain regulatory compliance with CPTAT.
    • Provide expert support and training on production control software for Materials.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a similar field.
    • APICS CPIM certification is desirable.
