- Participate in risk management, which includes the identification of failure modes, hazards and environmental aspects, their respective assessment and the definition and implementation of controls.
- Participate in incident and nonconformity investigations as well as in the determination of the necessary corrective actions.
- Active participation in plant programs such as SafeTrack observations, suggestion box, Employee Idea System, LPA and 6S audits.
- Participate in the training program of the plant attending trainings as scheduled and, when required, acting as internal instructor.

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanicals, Industrial, Electromechanical or similar.
- Exetensive knowledge in statical Quality control, Experiments design, manufacturing, methods and procedures, TQC (Total Quality
- Control), JIT (Just InTime and their applications to eliminate causes, presenting technical information skills, leadership, troubleshooting tolos.
- Excellent mathematical ability and statistical methods and data analysis knowledges.
- Microsoft office proefficient.
- Minitab and Project managment knwoledges
- At least 8 years experience in manufacturing process. Experience may have been gained in JCI Reynosa or another company. In the absence of education requirement, is required to have mínimum 5 years experience in mfg áreas.
- Direct communication with production supervisors of non-conformances raw materiak, process and/or final Audit.
- Ensure process documentation is reviewed during the analysis and solution of reported failures in the process, by te costumer or as a resulto of an Audits.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and mentor quality engineers and technicians.
