    Job Description

    Metalworking company located in García is looking for: A.P. Analyst.

    Requirements:

  • Race finished.
  • Advanced English (holding conversations).
  • Invoice registration in ERP (Oracle).

    • Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge in the area of PA, reconciliations.
  • Responsible, focused on detail, research and problem solving.
  • Use of pivot tables, formulas such as Vlookup.

    • Vacancy Activities:

  • Invoice registration in ERP (Oracle).
  • Review of vendor statements.
  • Review of invoices with Issues with the different plants of the group.
  • Follow-up and response to emails from suppliers
  • Preparation of accrual for the end of the month.
  • Posting of Intercompany invoices.
  • Participation in month-end activities.

    • Monday through Friday, office hours.
