Job Description**:

Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who work on assembly-lines. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product for one shift or one area of the plant. Reviews work orders, production specifications, technical instructions, facility requirements, tool requisition, equipment, and supplies for section. Supervises the production line workers, to include work assignments, time keeping, training, recognition/disciplinary actions and performance. Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs. Maintains a clean and safe working environment.


Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or engineering
• Requires at least 3 years related experience.
• Good work record and experience.
• Ability to lead in a production & environment.
• Requires tact and good judgement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer focus & Quality (4B, Ishikawa,)
• Engineering Basic (lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, HC, BOM)
• Software Knowledge SAP / High jump / Tress workflow
• Schedule & Shift Flexibility
