- Applying state-of-the-art design methods, tools and engineering practices to design development · Ensuring quality deliverables on time and on budget.
- Completing risk and opportunity assessments and reporting any issues for resolution.
- Communicating engineering designs and processes to stakeholders and contributing to design reviews and in project meetings.
- Working with the supply chain on vendor documentation, bids and evaluations of proposals, materials and equipment.
- Providing training and assistance to entry-level team member.
- Bachelor ́s Degree completed in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive Systems Engineering or related.
- 2+ years of experience working in similar position.
- Advanced knowledge of Catia is a must.
- Knowledge of NAAMS and GD&T standards is a must.
- Experience in force analysis, spot and MIG welding cells is a plus.
- Experience in ergonomics and cycle time analysis is desirable.
- Knowledge in Catia, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Availability to travel (20%).
- Intermediary-Advanced level of English.

You will be creating and executing designs for engineering solutions as part of the Robotics - Robot Automotive team in Robotics & Discrete Automation business line in Mexico. This includes drawings, calculations, bill of materials, engineering instructions and processes.
In this role your skills and technical expertise will contribute to a variety of design projects.
