Part Time Customer Service Representative (1:00pm - 7:00pm)

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
The Auto CSR position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients.

  • Document and update customer information in proprietary CRM systems
  • Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions
  • Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealerclients
  • Exhibit excellent judgment and discretion with complex consumer finance scenarios and consumer information
