Alten Mexico is looking for an
Project Manager in Apodaca, Nuevo León:


Activities:


  • Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team involved in the research and development of customized thermal solutions, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop a detailed project plan that includes objectives, milestones, timelines, and the necessary resources to achieve project goals.
  • Manage the project's allocated budget and the required resources, ensuring efficient utilization.
  • Oversee and ensure that all products and services delivered meet defined quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the project's progress.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports related to the project's progress.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field with a focus on mechanical systems or thermal engineering.
  • A PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification would be advantageous.
  • 36 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical and manufacturing environment, particularly in the field of cooling systems or related areas.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Autodesk Inventor, for 3D modeling and design purposes.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Oracle PD Cloud, would be beneficial.

Leadership and Communication:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

Methodologies and Skills:


  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to identify potential risks and provide effective solutions.

Personal Qualities:


  • Proactive, detailoriented individual with the ability to manage and lead a diverse team through efficient planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
