Oak Ridge Waste and Recycling in Newtown, CT is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to help with small component electrical work, and someone who is possibly familiar with hydraulic systems to work on our metal compactors and maintenance of general machinery.

We WILL train the right person with the hydraulics aspect, but definitely need someone with the electrical experience.

We are looking for someone who has experience and a background in electrical, hydraulic, and / or mechanical maintenance for at least 1 year.

The job is FULL TIME - Monday thru Friday from 6:00AM to 3:30PM. You work every OTHER Saturday as well. Pay starts at $19.00 to $25.00 an hour.

Must be able to pass a Medical DOT Exam.
