Operating several state-of-the-art manufacturing plants across Mexico,
the group centrally manages its sales operations through its Sales Office strategically located in Querétaro.

This centralized approach ensures streamlined efficiency and enables the delivery of unparalleled service to their customers.


Responsabilities


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of the Sales Office in Querétaro.

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the office's success by
managing day-to-day operations, ensuring sales targets are met, managing the P&L, finances, supply chain, and human resources.


Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals while aligning with the company's overall objectives.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Sales Target Achievement: Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.

Financial Management: Manage the P&L effectively, monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and implement appropriate controls to safeguard company assets.

Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products, maintain optimal inventory levels, and minimize costs.

Human Resources Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, address their needs and concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in sales, operations, or general management roles.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sales industry, preferably within the automotive industry, with knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.

Legal Compliance: Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to sales operations, employment, and business practices in Mexico.

Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management principles, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, optimize operations, and achieve long-term objectives.

Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, employees, and senior management.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
