We are searching for the best talent for BUSINESS EXCELLENCE IT TECHNICIAN to be in Juarez.

Purpose:

You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

POLICIES:Know and follow J&J Juarez Campus policies and procedures.

TRAINING:Complete training in area of responsibility. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training and ensure that required periodic re-training takes place for direct reports in areas such as safety and environmental.

SAFETY:follow safe practices and GMPs as required by the business.

Under general direction, follows the steps of the system development life cycle, from idea to post implementation support.
Works very closely with project lead and business owner to build/maintain system of low complexity following company development methodology.
Partners with other sites to ensure consistency and standardization of processes, systems and operating procedures.
Interact with base business to transform business requirements into visual dashboards/aids.
Create logic behind for support new incoming data and continues improvements as business needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements:

years of experience in similar fields. Or currently pursuing an IT Computer Systems Bachelor's

Degree or equivalent, with half of School credits completion or recently completed.
Approximate experience or equivalent knowledge and skills necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
Ability to analyze and organize data for better understanding using Reporting Tools such as Qlik Sense.
Intermedium data base knowledge; SQL, Access, Oracle, Windows Server, i.e. create joins, database connections, indexing, create tasks.
Configure logic, business rules, and tables to meet business objectives.
Reporting tools, Access, Oracle, SQL.
Ability to create and understand new basic concepts of architectures like ETL, Datawarehouse, etc.
Transform technical and business requirements to visual dashboards\aids.
Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle.
Agile and Waterfall software development methodology knowledge a plus.
Software documentation experience a plus.
