Which is the main objective of this role?


Additionally support the supply chain transformation developing specific activities for the design of secondary warehouse related business cases and CARs that enable business growth and operative processes improvements in line with the long term supply chain strategy.

This agenda requires alignment with +22 local, regional, and corporate teams (i.e., Real Estate, Network Design, local customer service teams, Finance, Corporate Security, EHS, HR, Fleet, IT, Sales, others).


Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Evaluate, analyze and define long term costeffective solutions to current challenges in our secondary warehouse operations aligned to the holistic PMF strategy, while enabling high service levels to support business growth
  • Coordinate a multifunctional team to gather information related to the projects under design (i.e., ideal location, routes, capacities, equipment, HC) through followup meetings (weekly/biweekly) and To do lists
  • Align the design of different projects and initiatives that are simultaneously planned to mitigate any possible risk and reach a common goal or strategy
  • Work together with Real Estate to launch ang track market searches and biddings aligned to VCT strategies
  • Support VCT's Value Management Office continuous improvement process by identifying opportunities, timings, potential risks and success factors of a project, based on lessons learned of the latest designs and executions
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement within the Design team by keeping updated the standard step by step for each type of project based on project management methodology
  • Support the creation and maintenance of warehouses playbook for secondary warehouse in order to have accurate results within the design and execution phases
  • Documentate and collaborate with Value Realization team in control processes such as audits or scorecards
  • Support the creation of secondary warehouse Budget AOP CapEx and New Runnings in alignment with Value Realization team
  • Hand over and train the "VCT execution team" to understand and implement the project properly
  • Provide constant support to VCT Execution team during implementation i.e. design bases, assumptions, timings

People lead:

  • Ensure a healthy Org health through the participation on People initiatives such like committees, OHS, etc.
  • Assure people pipeline and development for direct reports, thru: Onboardings and knowledge sharing, responsibilities follow up and career mentoring (conversations and action plans)
