Responsibilities:
- Full business ownership, profit and loss responsibility, accountability, and decision making
- Leads all elements of the project from operational deployment through to closing, safely and efficiently
- Increasing profitability through ontime delivery, performance improvement, and incremental revenue through upsell strategies
- Directly manages the core project management team and indirectly all other projectassigned personnel
- Performs as a single point of contact with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts as a contract manager, and ensures the project communication plan is in place and functional across all levels and areas of the project
- Performs continual project reviews, with the clients, the company leadership, internal project staff, and contracted parties
- Responsible for accurate financial forecasting
- Ensures full deployment of financial tracking systems and keeps control of the project performance
- Cost control and invoicing. Evaluate manpower expenditures & efficiencies
- Achievement of project objectives as defined by the Department Manager
- Schedule project deliverables and ensure project baseline is maintained
- Progress reporting & quality control of project deliverables
- Scope management: collect requirements, define scope, create WBS, continuous control/validation of scope
- Time management: plan schedule management. Define, sequence, and estimate activities. Develop a schedule with durations and resources. Continuous monitoring of schedule performance
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineeringrelated field or equivalent experience and education in project or field engineering
- Proven abilities and skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, organization, delegation as well as teaching and mentoring
- Businessminded and sales orientated in projects
- Significant experience in relevant oil & gas project management related to integrated multiservice delivery
