Reason for the role
Our presence in the LATAM market for a little over 2 years has attributed to Deliverect's international growth.

Taking over the reins from our predecessor, this role is perfect for an energetic and engaging leader to lead a vibrant team.

In the role, you will utilise your vast history in SaaS sales, Strategic Planning and team guidance to build upon the solid foundations in LATAM, excelling in our sales and customer portfolios.


As the General Manager, you are hands-on in your approach to the attainment and care of all sales initiatives with a high focus on Enterprise and Partnership verticals.

In the role, you will use your experience in developing and seeing through fresh plans to drive growth across Latin America's restaurant, grocery and dark kitchen landscapes.

Nurturing and inspiring, you will be leading your growing team to achieve individual and business success.

A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, the General Manager will work with internal teams to ensure that Deliverect LATAM reaches new heights.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Set new key strategic business initiatives for Deliverect in Mexico, write business cases and narratives and execute against these opportunities.
  • Grow revenue through existing customer relationships via a variety of growth marketing channels and product growth strategies, ensuring personal engagement throughout.
  • Explore new business opportunities within the region, with a high focus on large business acquisitions.
  • Adopt a handson approach in the support of business development across LATAM, developing executive relationships with key restaurant groups, technology partners, business associations and media groups.
  • Execute initiatives for the enhancement of the endtoend sales cycle. Working with engineering and marketing to tailor products to suit growth initiatives.
  • Report business activity in the region to the broader business and decisionmakers. Communicating challenges and success, your team, product performance and enhancements, regional climate, project updates, proposals and planning.
  • Embody Deliverect culture. Build hospitable relationships with all employees, promoting an inclusive and positive work environment.

Job Requirements:


  • 5+ years of managing teams across multiple business functions in the SaaS and hospitality space. A solid background in fastpaced high performing organisational environments.
  • 3+ years in the enterprise sales and partnerships space.
  • Experience in working in an international SaaS business, with a previous tenure in North America, Europe or Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM restaurant, grocery and cloud kitchen space.
  • Data Analytics is the basis of your decisionmaking processes. Enabling the development and implementation of plans and projects.
  • Organisational management, a keen ability to manage and prioritise based on businesscritical situations.
  • Effective communication, fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to publicly speak and present in both modes confidently.
  • Passionate about change, willing to pivot and adjust plans to facilitate business and operational needs and demands.
  • Creative in how you approach situations, unafraid to express new ideas that may be foreign to your peers.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to take decisions and ownership of outcomes.
  • Ambitious and resilient leader, excited by significant goals and undeterred by the turbulence of a startup.
  • Flexible in the way you work. Leading from our office in Mexico (Min 4 days a week with 1 day from home ). Able to travel to facilitate business growth and team success.
  • Comprehension of the big picture, with the ability to switch gears and deal with detail to guarantee success.
