Director of Marketing Agency
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced director to lead our cutting-edge marketing agency.

As the agency director, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising all operations, strategies, and teams to ensure our clients' ongoing success and the agency's sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams of marketing professionals, including strategists, creatives, social media specialists, analysts, and more.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
Oversee and direct that all agency deliverables are on time and in accordance with specifications.
Manage budgets and resources, optimizing resource allocation for achieving the best possible outcomes.
Coordinate staff recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes.
Implement and maintain efficient project tracking and management systems.
Conduct performance analysis and prepare regular reports to demonstrate results to the executive team.
Stay abreast of trends and developments in digital and traditional marketing to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of industry practices.

Requirements:

Reside in Mexico City or Monterrey.
Demonstrable experience in leadership roles within marketing agencies, with a successful track record of team management and result delivery.
Experience managing international licenses (desirable).
Strategic vision and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
Creative mindset, problemsolving orientation, and innovative thinking.
Fluent in Spanish and English language.
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate degree desirable).
