Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, role involves responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

Reception, Analysis, Load and Management of customer demand
Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
Work closely with CFT and Customer in daily basis
Lead the supply chain and risk management for NPI
Report key metrics as required
Manage CTB and Shortage reports
Download ERP Signals, review and identify exceptions.
Review metrics to identify risk.
Kinaxis knowledge
Work with purchasing team on options to close GAPS.
Analyze ECO to identify impacts.
Attend CTB meeting to update reports to end Customer and Top management.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Intermediate English.
Experience in electronic manufacturing companies
ERP (Oracle, SAP & Baan)
BOOM's Materials.
Excel intermediate
Production Control
Demand planning.
