We are looking for a Temporary Master Data Advisor (1 Year) in our Shared Services Department who will support in the implementation of a new HR platform called Workday and implement all the information traffic between this system and Payroll system SAP P37.


Core responsibilities:

Deliver consistent and timely monitoring, validation and capture activities related to the employees' information
:

Focus on support the implementation and stabilization phase of Workday proposing validation controls ideas and workflow processes
:

Partnership with partners and ensure sustainable global processes
:

-
Coping with an exciting and constantly evolving global environment that includes various ways of working and cultural diversity and problem solving attitude.

Acts as direct line of contact between HR organization and the Shared Service department
:

We guarantee the quality and the timely capture of all the information related to employees, and we make sure Payroll team receives proper and reliable information to make the payroll runs
:

We support the recruitment of massive volume of temporary employees capturing and validating data information on the system in a massive way.

We are in a transition process where we need fresh ideas to implement controls and new ways of working because of the new platform Workday.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 2 years of relevant professional working experience with Master Data activities, handling of confidential employees' information.
  • Software: Workday (essential), MS Office, SAP HR modules,
  • Language: Fluent English
  • Skills:
  • Positive, serviceminded and outgoing
  • Ability to work in group and propose new ideas to work different.
  • Solid data capturing knowledge (massive volume of people).
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Structured and accuracy capturing data.
  • Stakeholder service mindset.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment o being flexible
  • Shared services experience is desirable
