Job Description:

As a OneDrive for Business Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's OneDrive for Business environment.

You will ensure the system runs smoothly, users have access to their data, and data security and compliance policies are enforced.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the OneDrive for Business environment.

Manage user accounts, access permissions, and data storage limits.

Ensure data security and compliance policies are enforced.

Provide end-user support and training.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate OneDrive for Business with other systems.

Provide customer support for Data migration for Bosch users from UDrive to OneDrive:
Analyze and solve customer issues in migration to OneDrive

Closed monitoring of automation for migration

Problem solving in automation:
problem analysis and problem solving

Collaborate with other IT teams like File service, Infrastructure and Customer Service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in IT administration or a related field.

Advanced English skills, conversational

Medium to strong hand on knowledge of OneDrive for Business administration, including user management, data backup and recovery, and security and compliance policies.

Hands on Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based environments.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks
