Responsibilities:

Conduct all stages of UX research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing, and reporting out insights
Synthesize feedback from multiple partners into key design changes
Develop and maintain detailed userinterface specifications and design patterns
Work with Product Managers to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design within your product
Be a selfstarter, adept at picking up new skills and having the drive to advance his/her knowledge in the domain of UX Design standards
Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with nondesign audiences
Ability to work autonomously but able to work well within a team
Lead the production of research plans and reports, service & experience diagrams, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows using key tools such as Figma

Basic Qualifications**:

Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience minimum working on complex software, transactional or ecommerce, with medium to largesized teams, preferably with offshore developers
Strong creative, design, and visualization skills
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Advanced analysis skills and conceptual and critical thinking skills
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to frequent change
Strong time management, managing multiple types of scope at the same time
Able to conduct research in a fully remote setting
Work in Eastern time zone
Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in both agile & waterfall methodologies
Experience using Figma preferred

Onsite:

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
