    Account Management Team Role

    As a member of TE Connectivity's Account Management Team, you will play a crucial role in selling our products, systems, or services to customers within assigned geographic territories, industries, or accounts. Your primary objective is to achieve sales growth targets and drive aligned sales/marketing initiatives through a passion for serving customers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Meet target revenue goals for specific accounts/locations as assigned
    • Manage all commercial aspects with the customer, including relationships and regular contact with key stakeholders
    • Prepare and manage offers, project contracts, and quotations, leading price and contract negotiations
    • Develop, enhance, and grow customer relationships through lead generation and pipeline building
    • Convert inbound leads into new opportunities and drive revenue growth
    • Sell the value propositions of TE products and services
    • Demonstrate technical expertise and superior service while influencing buying decisions through innovative product solutions
    • Collaborate with Channel/Distribution partners to close deals
    • Document program activity via Salesforce and other relevant systems
    • Maintain occasional customer visits to strengthen relationships

    Required Qualifications, Experiences, & Knowledge:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, retail)
    • Customer care, inside sales, outside sales, and/or field engineer experience or graduate with technical education
    • Inside sales or consultative selling experience
    • Relevant product or industry experience
    • Excellent phone and consultative selling skills
    • Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
