Month End Closing procedure (ERP-SAP)
Cost and Performance analysis
Deviation Analysis
Preparing Rolling Forecast for the year
Performance Reviews with the department
Performance Reviews with Central Management

Financial Midterm Planning

Budgeting Process + 4 Strategy Years

Standard Costing and Cost Center planning

Prepare and Proceed Cost Center planning
Prepare and Proceed Standard Calculations

Leading the Controlling Team at the side

Supervisor to 3 Analysts
Provide Technical and expertise

Offer Calculation and Project Profitability

Review Product Profitability for all Products
Prepare Inputs for Offer calculations
Support Central Calculation Team

- **Organization Responsibilities*

Reports to plant manager, regional controlling and Global controlling Director
Location: Ciudad Juarez

Basic skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
3+ years' experience in similar position
3+ years' experience in SAP system
Fully bilingual English-Spanish, German language is a plus
Analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Innovative continuous improvement
Microsoft excel Advanced, fully knowledge in power point bridge reports
Manufacturing / automotive sector experience
