    Mantener las lineas corriendo de acuerdo al plan de producción asegurando el logro del objetivo.

    Resumen de actividades clave

  • Coordina las actividades de un grupo de operadores asignados a las líneas de producción, supervisando el orden, limpieza y seguridad.
  • Realiza los ajustes, montaje/desmontaje y cambio de moldes en la maquinaria al inicio y ajustes de proceso durante la producción
  • Verifica el buen funcionamiento de maquinaria y moldes, realizando actividades de mantenimiento menor y elabaorando ordenes de reparación para taller y mantenimiento.
  • Control y registro diario en SAP de la producción, rechazos y mermas.
  • Verifica su producción en cantidad y calidad y corrige de ser necesario para mantener los estadares establecidos.
  • Mantiene bitacoras de anomalias en su turno y anotaciones de registros de tiempos muertos, mermas. etc.
  • Uso permanente y adecuado de equipo de Seguridad, asi como participar activamente en todas las iniciativas, planes y entrenamiento en esta materia.

    Conocimiento del proceso de inyección de plástico, hidraúlica, mecánica, electrónica

    MS Office

    Conocimiento Máquinas de Inyección

    Educación

    Tecnico en plásticos, conocimiento en procesos de inyección de plásticos o Ingenieria relacionada
