ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) is hiring for an FP&A Investment Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with business teams to develop P&L analysis, summarizing business proposals. Deliver objective, data-driven business cases along with insightful business analysis. Provide value-added insights, recommendations, and business analytics to facilitate leadership reviews of the new projects. The role is also responsible for the process enhancement and project management to ensure the business case review proceeds smoothly. The FP&A analyst will play an important role in prioritizing the highest ROI offerings while mindfully controlling expenses for the company

List of responsibilities:

• Partner across global crossfunctional teams to collect inputs, validate assumptions and communicate the business case review timeline
• Support investment planning, project performance tracking, and ROI measurement
• Provide timely, objective, datadriven P&L modeling representing the proposed project
• Responsible for business control according to internal rules and procedures,
• Maintain datasets in Anaplan and Power BIbased tools
• Deliver process improvement recommendations through data analysis & drive improvement with key stakeholders.
• Coordination with respective parties for business case review progression

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
• Experience working as a Finance professional with exceptional finance acumen (full P&L) and a proven ability to collaborate across business and other functions; 5+ years
• Experience working in a multicultural, multinational environment; 5 years preferred
• Experience with building business cases for investments for a full P&L and measuring the ROI
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are an advantage in English and any other language.
• Experience with creating & delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management
• Able to work flexible hours to allow global cooperation
• Must be able to deliver results and committed to the success
• Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
• Work independently with attention to detail to create objective financial assessments
• Passion to develop industry knowledge; willing to learn new tools
• A demonstrated ability and continuing desire to work under pressure and aggressively attack tight deadlines.
• Superior Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI a plus

Salary:
$1.00 per month
