Main functions:

  • Establishing appropriate governance model for highly complex projects involving multiple teams (Internal and external).
  • Identifying and forming strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively assessing and managing properly risks and issues across project's life. Ensuring timely escalation and mitigation of risks to avoid impact to the project.
  • Manage relevant document repository and various other PM artefacts (set by the Project Management Office) to provide clear communication and transparency to each team and group of stakeholders.
  • Reporting including status reports, executive summaries and steering committee decks. Be able to effectively deliver the key message around the project updates/risks to business and senior leaders
  • Orchestrating the execution of the project plans across multiple leads, implementers, vendors, and consultants in different groups such as Operations, Technology, Client Facing, Commercial, Suppliers, Client and many others including multiple geographical locations (if necessary).
  • Creating metrics and monitoring/reporting Project Status on a regular basis. Abstracting the key details and business relevance to make the updates meaningful for a wide range of audience including senior executives.
  • Managing scope through change control process.
  • Ensuring effective transition from implementation to production.
  • Obtaining agreement and signoffs on all objectives and milestones with the stakeholders.
  • Manage the closure of each project ensuring its proper documentation according to the Project Management Office basis.
