SUMMARY


Acts as a second level supervisor; monitoring day to day work of Team Leaders, provides guidance and direction, writing project plans.

Responsible for meeting with customers and other IT groups to understand and meet support requirements. May assist with budgeting, purchasing, and managing vendors. Performs duties as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrates career tracking and growth, writing performance evaluations, time tracking, project management paperwork interviewing and even corrective action.
  • Works jointly with other functional areas within IT to resolve technical issues and improve process
  • Works with customers to ensure that service expectations are being met.
  • Lead project sessions to create, improve or modify workflow to meet customer's needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of

Formal Education:
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

  • Area of Study:Business or Management
  • Years of Experience: Three to five years.
  • Type of Experience:Call Center Enviroment/Customer Service
  • Special Certifications or

Technical Skills:
Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Other/Preferred:Technical Support
