    Review the scope of components / raw materials on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with the production program - materials in transit.
    • Make purchase orders for shipment to suppliers.
    • Ensure that supplier orders are ready within the required time.

    • Monthly reconciliation with suppliers.
    • Provide the necessary documentation for the correct importation of materials.
    • Follow up on imports of raw materials in conjunction with the logistics area.
    • Ensure and monitor the performance of the logistics area.
    • Prepare dairy routes, analysis, justification in conjunction with logistics.
    • Ensure the correct sending of payment requests to finance.
    • Update transits in the system and send a report to finances.
