Digital Adoption Specialist

As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the adoption of digital tools and technologies within our organization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement strategies that optimize our operations and enhance our digital capabilities.

We are seeking a talented and innovative individual with a passion for design thinking. As part of the Digital Transformation team, you will contribute to shaping our organization's digital future.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the adoption and utilization of digital tools and technologies within our organization.
Conduct thorough research on emerging digital tools and technologies, evaluating their applicability to our organization, and making recommendations for implementation.
Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to encourage innovative thinking and drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies across the organization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital tools into existing systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of implemented digital tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in adopting and managing digital tools and technologies in Health or similar industries.
Experience in evaluating and selecting digital tools, assessing their effectiveness and potential benefits.
Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
Proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
