Digital Adoption Specialist


As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the adoption of digital tools and technologies within our organization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement strategies that optimize our operations and enhance our digital capabilities.

We are seeking a talented and innovative individual with a passion for design thinking. As part of the Digital Transformation team, you will contribute to shaping our organization's digital future.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the adoption and utilization of digital tools and technologies within our organization.
  • Conduct thorough research on emerging digital tools and technologies, evaluating their applicability to our organization, and making recommendations for implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to encourage innovative thinking and drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital tools into existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of implemented digital tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in adopting and managing digital tools and technologies in Health or similar industries.
  • Experience in evaluating and selecting digital tools, assessing their effectiveness and potential benefits.
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
