as Maintenance Facilitator you will be able to work together with TPM philosophy (Total Productive Maintenance) is a holistic approach to equipment maintenance that strives to achieve perfect production: No Breakdowns. No Small Stops or Slow Running, having exposure to autonomous maintenance, quality maintenance, planned maintenance, early management, training and education, Safety, Environment, and Health (SHE), administrative TPM.
The natural remit of this role is to make sure operational equipment availability from packaging, warehouse and all plant needs while your focus on productivity is highly appreciate.
Advise and manage daily maintenance troubleshooting through an electromechanical engineering team, where innovation, collaboration, team work and live Az Values are the main drivers to continue shaping our Lean Culture, encouraging Lean Digital as key innovation element
Design, plan and execute maintenance program according to area needs.
Set up right governance model over budget and MTP plan (Medium Term Plan)
Having robust experience on a highly regulated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Put always safety first by following and observing SHE Global Standards
Leading People by the example, coaching, guiding and mentoring them to let them strive in an engaging environment.
Implement continues improvement plans on performance equipment to ensure the bestinclass productivity figures.
Manage Calibration and metrology.
Challenges the status quo on personal development pathways to get the most on your lifelong learning journey.
