    Insurance Specialist*Key Areas of Responsibility
    Inputs data and creates spreadsheets showing the progress of the staff's efforts to collect debtsSpeaks with individuals who wish to speak with a supervisorApproves and allows settlement and payment optionsSupervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in collecting overdue payments for charge accounts, credit card accounts, or loans from customers of banks, loan companies, department stores, oil companies, or other credit-card-issuing companiesReviews delinquent account records to determine which customers must be contacted for collection of overdue accountsOrganizes collection workload based on the degree and amount of delinquency and assigns accounts to employees for collectionMonitoring delinquent accounts to identify potential collections opportunities, including delinquent accounts that may be eligible for liquidationReviewing accounts receivable records to identify delinquent accounts or accounts with high risk of delinquencyCoordinating with lawyers to collect on delinquent accounts that have been taken to courtEvaluating the effectiveness of collection methods used by the company to ensure that they are efficient and effectiveQualification Requirements**- 4 years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.
    Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening and analytical skills.
    Basic Excel skills required.
    Handling a group of minimum 8 persons and in expansion.
