- Work with customer teams to track revenue KPIs and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing to inform future strategies.
- Support Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting on volume tracking, trade spend, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
- Monitor revenue realization of cost price increases and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure accurate trade spend accruals.
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand dynamics and identify risks and opportunities.
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and regularly review promotional spend.
- Commercial and financial acumen with a passion for driving business growth.
- Able to reduce complexity using analytical, disciplined, and collaborative approaches.
- Capable of synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prolific problem-solver with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment an advantage.
- Customer and category knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
