    We are looking for experienced freelance IT Technical Recruiters to join our network. This is a fully remote, commission-based role, ideal for results-driven recruiters who excel in sourcing top IT talent and want the flexibility of working independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Sourcing & Screening:

    • Identify and engage highly skilled IT professionals for contract and full-time roles in the U.S. and LATAM.
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced sourcing tools to build a strong candidate pipeline.
    • Screen resumes to assess technical expertise, career goals, and cultural fit.
    • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' English proficiency and technical capabilities.

    Candidate Assessment & Engagement:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical competencies.
    • Assess candidates for key IT domains, including Software Development, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics.
    • Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with internal teams.
    • Ensure a seamless, transparent hiring experience for candidates.

    Collaboration & Process Management:

    • Partner with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Stay updated on IT labor market trends to provide strategic insights.
    • Maintain accurate records within ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

    Key Requirements

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of IT recruiting experience, with a strong track record in the U.S. and LATAM markets.

    Technical Acumen: Ability to recruit for IT roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Cybersecurity Experts, and Data Analysts.

    Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and resume assessment abilities to identify top-tier tech talent efficiently.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for candidate interactions.

    Self-Motivation & Organization: Ability to manage multiple roles independently while maintaining attention to detail.

    Tools & Platforms: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing platforms.
