- Monitor order queue for new orders and quickly and accurately resolve open inquiries to get orders processed
- Review and action Oracle sales orders for unorderable parts for hand off to Rapid Repair Center Customer Service Associate for order completion
- Enter Timesheet App entries into Oracle application and notify users regarding errors and work with them on correction
- Create and upload serial card references for orders processed
- Support Diagnostic Report Generation Tool requests
- Perform purchase order follow up and supplier expediting support by requesting and entering acknowledgement and planned ship date information
- Create and modify purchase orders, set up new suppliers and customers and support purchasing activities for the Valve Condition Monitoring team
- Support Service Support Associates with quote requests for part prices and lead times, as needed
- 3-4 years related experience in a customer service or material sourcing position required
- Related degree preferred (Business Systems, Operations, etc.)
- Strong personal computing skills with basic Microsoft Windows application
- Previous Knowledge or ability to learn and apply Fisher tools such as Oracle, FF2, AXIOM, FLEx for serial card retrieval, Noetix for timecard entry reporting, & Serial Card Creation application
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability and desire to uphold a high-level of customer service standards
- Excellent time management proficiency
- Demonstrated attention to detail and regard for quality
- Ability to follow directions and apply standards to complete job assignments
- Able to work independently with general supervision
