Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conducting regular facetoface and virtual meetings to gain a deeper understanding of their specific business area and talent needs.

Qualifications:

Additional Requirements:

Proven experience in delivering endtoend recruitment strategies in line with client SLAs.
Two to three years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
Proficiency in recruitment best practices, including job profiling, sourcing, selection, and assessment.
A solid understanding of preemployment vetting procedures, including righttowork checks.
Uptodate knowledge of market intelligence and industry trends, including new technology, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

The nature of this role precludes it from consideration for parttime or flexible working arrangements
Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
