Team Overview:


We are looking for a creative and innovative marketer with the ability to think through consumer experiences and user journeys to create and execute a holistic marketing strategy.

Someone who is capable of creating strategic frameworks while ensuring a thorough planning and execution.


This person must be comfortable working independently in a fast growing and rapidly changing environment, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities to support our objectives.

In this role you will be reporting to the Passenger Marketing Lead.


Role Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

  • Brand Campaign Development & Execution: conduct research (as needed), shape consumer insights, brief creative/media partners, craft comms plan, and establish robust measurement plans. Responsible for driving brand awareness and perception of OKRs.
  • Brand campaigns paid media execution and optimization on ATL, digital and multiscreen platforms
  • Identify uniquely local and culturally relevant marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities, focused on creating sales activation strategies, looking for incremental revenue.
  • Develop integrated communication frameworks looking to increase frequency, leveraging consumer occasions and category entry points.
  • Launch new cities, products or product features on 360° campaigns and manage them endtoend.
  • Develop own and operated channels strategy from planning to reporting.

Role Qualifications:

  • Have +56 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communication;
  • Experience leading strategic integrated marketing campaigns, research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting
  • Proven experience launching and optimizing integrated marketing Brand ATL campaigns. Full understanding of integrated planning, able to drive a full funnel approach
  • Able to optimize paid media campaigns at a channel level on a fast paced scenario

Business Acumen:fully understand the role of marketing communication on driving sales and revenue growth. Proven experience on launching sales activation campaigns with uplift on key business metrics
