Located in our
Santa Fe office, you will be aligning our people, products, processes, and communications to our brand values and in your role as Brand Alignment Assistant you will be helping make this happen.


  • You will collaborate and report to the Global Bran Alignment Manager to ensure we stay onbrand.
  • You will help manage the brand governance process.
  • You will be called upon to support the Creative Solutions team with your graphic design capabilities. A
  • You will have the opportunity to flex and showcase a variety of skills as a member of a small and dynamic global creative team.

Key responsibilities:


  • Support the measurement and tracking of brand alignment across Gates globally
  • Champion brand alignment across people, processes, products, and communications
  • Support the brand governance process for all brand output to ensure compliance
  • Work closely with the team on conceptualizing, developing, & refining dynamic creative solutions & content.
  • Create professional quality marketing materials that are in line with company expectations and deadlines.
  • Partner with members of the creative team to execute assets and projects in line with Gates brand positioning.
  • File management and asset management.
  • Articulate and enforce the visual tone, style guide, and core values to ensure topnotch creative development and execution.
  • Deliver clientready assets for a variety of projects including social/digital, brand marketing, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.
  • Occasionally work with the project manager to source, execute and handoff press files/brief them of our needs for any given project for the final deliverable to be executed properly and efficiently.

ABOUT YOU
-
- 4 of years of
graphic design experience with a strong emphasis on
production and
layout design.

  • Design background with a portfolio
  • Fluency in both written and spoken
    English.
  • Experience in brand alignment projects
  • Experience of working with international teams
  • Experience in successful campaign planning, execution, and measurement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be willing and able to work in a collaborative setting with a diverse group of internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Firsthand experience taking projects from concept to design.
  • Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback.
  • Must be available to work onsite at our Santa Fe, Mexico location
