NEORIS **As a digital accelerator we help companies step into the future Currently we are looking for a Change Management Communication Consultant.

Requirements:

Responsible of managing the editorial calendar of an internal initiative for our readymix business, follow up with direct stakeholders and coordinate with relevant groups to ensure information is cascaded.
Responsible of designing communication strategies for connecting key stakeholders from the business
Capable of creating scripts for video, highlighting key talking points to raise awareness of programs.
Responsible of ensuring quality in all communication deliverables created by the area and documenting global best practices
Communication degree or expertise is a must
13 years of experience in communication role or similar
Excellent written and oral Spanish and English
Should demonstrate structured and organized development of communication strategies
