HR Assistant & Training Lead
Education level required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field. Engineering, Manufacturing, Associates, Science, Technical, Education, Management, Performance, Industrial Engineering or at least three years of equivalent professional experience is required
Years and area of experience required:
3+ years of experience working as a HR Assistant / Training Coordinator (essential) or similar position in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the automotive/aerospace / medical industry).
Main Responsibilities
- 1. _Responsible for instructing trainee's to be successful line attendants, operators, quality and material handlers._
- 2. _Assist HR manager with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees. Support all internal and external HRrelated inquiries or requests._
Must have several specific skills and education to perform their jobs well, must excel in areas like communication, leadership and problem solving.
Responsible for assessing the skills, performance, productivity, and talents of employees in a company and preparing written evaluations with advice for improvement.
Must find creative solutions to ensure everyone in the company receives the training and education they need for their role.
Activities

Ensure that trainee knows all safety policies and procedures.
- Must be willing to assist and learn job functions of each position.
- Assist in development of training program
- Assume responsibility for the finished product.
- Fill in on any line.
- Read and understand production orders in Spanish/English.
- Know packing materials and procedures.
- Learn how to thread up all lines.
- Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products for quality standards.
- Keep work area safety, clean and organized.

Technical knowledge:
- Experience performing quality system audits.
- Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments.
- Legal legislation on Training and Development.
- Experience in audits and processes with the STPS.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Knowledge of training methodologies.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Knowledge of Tress System (desired)
- Microsoft Office skills.
