We are looking for Sales Associates with at least 2 years of sales experience negotiating and closing deals. Experience in most fields welcomed. This is an immediate opportunity to join our team. This position is a corporate position with high growth potential as we are growing as an organization. This position entails placing our technical consultants on various IT projects throughout the US (IT bench Sales). You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.


Job Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferred industries IT Recruiting, Consulting or Collections
  • 100% English (written/spoken)
  • Degree in Business, Computer science, Marketing, or related field

  • Fast paced, Prospecting, Discovering, Business Acumen
  • Desirable previous international sales experience (US, Canada, or Europe)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Setting expectations, and (tactfully) discussing a best rates

  • Leading IT consultants to get best rate benefits in placement

Day to day basics of the Role:

  • Negotiate/Deal with worldwide vendors the best rate possible for our IT consultants
  • Ensure winwin situations by offering excellent engagement and customer service to our clients
  • Meet the daily calls requirement to increase your income the more deals you get the more commissions you get Commissions are not limited in any way
  • Personnel follow up once they get hired after their selection process
  • Make at least calls to various companies and vendors in the United States regarding their staffing needs and open technology positions
  • You will be assigned 24 profiles per month in our core technologies to be placed on different projects with fortune 500 companies
  • Achieve all goals per day, week, and month
  • Ensure that there is a proper flow of communication between respective departments regarding consultants' information and project starts
  • Ensure that each account given is up to date and accurate
  • Ability to arrive to work on time and go above and beyond if needed to get the job done

  • Must have a laptop to take to the office
  • Must have experience negotiating and closing sales
  • Must be able to work in the office (this is not a remote opportunity)
  • Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work
  • Must be reliable and commit to working a regular work schedule

  • Ability to relate to all types of people and understand their coreneeds

What we offer:


  • Direct US hiring as a contractor
  • Fulltime employment / Permanent contract / Excellent Base Salary + Bonus
  • Base salary plus outstanding commissions plan (you can double your salary)
  • Offered salary is NET, not gross. You do your own taxes (no benefits by law)
