- Como Desarrollador Full Stack ServiceNow, se asociará con expertos en estrategia, funcionales, técnicos y UX para arquitecturar, diseñar y liderar implementaciones de ServiceNow HRSD (enfoque de las mejores prácticas para automatizar y estandarizar los procesos de recursos humanos)que aborden las necesidades clave de las organizaciones de RRHH y sus fuerzas de trabajo.
- Diseño, desarrollo e implementación del módulo de prestación de servicios de RR.HH., incluida la gestión de casos y conocimientos, el portal de servicios para empleados, el agente virtual, el aprendizaje automático, el espacio de trabajo de RR.HH. y la búsqueda de IA.
- Trabajar con un equipo de consultores tanto funcionales como técnicos a través de la recopilación de requisitos y sesiones de diseño de sprint para las aplicaciones ServiceNow HRSD.
- Apoyar la configuración iterativa de la aplicación HRSD, involucrar a las partes interesadas para llevar a cabo revisiones a través de sesiones de diseño conjuntas
- Configurar y mejorar el núcleo de la aplicación, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, Catálogo de Servicios, Portal de Servicios, Incidentes, Base de Conocimientos, Gestión, Integraciones e Informes.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia
- Implementar integraciones con ServiceNow, soluciones de terceros y aplicaciones desarrolladas internamente.
