    We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Cycle Sales Rep to promote our innovative SaaS solutions in GPS & Telematics and Enterprise Asset Management for fleet operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate new business opportunities via strategic outreach.
    • Deliver compelling sales pitches and demos, showcasing our cloud-based products.
    • Foster deep understanding of client needs, recommending tailored solutions.
    • Pivot presentations based on client feedback, driving results-driven growth.
    • Nurture long-term relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
    • Achieve sales targets within set timelines, driving team success.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with team members and departments, aligning efforts for maximum impact.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, continually refining sales techniques.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM, adapting strategies to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles.
    • Knowledge of sales principles and CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
    • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrated expertise in hosting SaaS demos.
    • Ability to navigate rejection and stress, maintaining resilience and focus.
    • Bachelor's degree; high school diploma considered for experienced candidates.
    • Customer-centric approach, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset.
    • Experience in Telematics, Fleet Management, or IoT is a significant asset.
